The 5310 Public Involvement Virtual Workshops provide an opportunity to gather input from a diverse group of local stakeholders and the public to assist TxDOT in making decisions regarding the Federal Funding for the 5310 Program and identify how they can best use their resources to serve the mobility needs of the community. TxDOT is seeking the participation of, seniors, individuals with disabilities, representatives of public, private, and nonprofit transportation and human service providers, and other members of the public who share TxDOT’s goal of improving the local mobility services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Regional public workshops will be held in December 2024 and January 2025. The comment period for the virtual public workshops will close on Jan. 17, 2025.

The landing page is accessible 24/7 and includes the online survey, schedule, meeting links, flyers, and other meeting materials. Each workshop can be accessed by clicking on the name of the district/region. If you have schedule conflicts and can’t attend the meeting, TxDOT still wants feedback, just complete the online survey at your convenience.
