IFB# 2024115 – Mobile Bus Washing Services
(Updated): Sealed Bids Due: Friday, June 21st by 3:00 pm CST
Responses must be sealed and returned to STAR Transit, Attention: Project Manager, PO Box 703, Terrell, TX 75160 (by mail), or 500 Industrial Blvd., Terrell, TX 75160 (by UPS, FEDEX, hand delivery) by the time shown above, where they will be publicly opened. All bids must be plainly marked with bid number and name on the outside of the envelope.
Issuance of this IFB and receipt of bids does not commit STAR Transit to award a contract. STAR Transit reserves the right to postpone the bid opening for its own convenience, to accept or reject any or all bids received in response to this IFB, or to cancel all or part of this IFB for sound business reasons, at any time before the contract is fully executed and approved on behalf of STAR Transit.
Late bids will be returned to Bidder and will not be considered under any circumstances.

STAR Transit is requesting proposals, priced on a fixed price basis, from qualified sources, to provide and deploy up to date microtransit software that includes Open Fleet/TNC Options and compliance with all Americans with Disabilities Act regulations and all other regulations for other funding sources, including but not limited to PHI and HIPPA.
The purpose in soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) is to secure an offer(s) that will provide quality software to meet the service needs of microtransit services.
Issuance of this RFP and receipt of proposals does not commit STAR Transit to award a contract. STAR Transit reserves the right to postpone any dates/times listed below for its own convenience, to accept or reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP, or to cancel all or part of this RFP for sound business reasons, at any time before the contract is fully executed and approved on behalf of STAR Transit.
