STAR Transit reserves the right to make changes to the above-mentioned schedule. All such changes shall be made by an amendment to the RFP and shall be posted on STAR Transit’s website. STAR Transit will issue an award to the vendor that provides the best value proposal.
Surplus Property
STAR Transit does not have any surplus property at this time.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
STAR Transit has established a Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. STAR Transit has received Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation, and as a condition of receiving this assistance, STAR Transit has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26.
