Bus Route Fares (Balch Springs Midtown Express Rte. 101)
- Free (60+, veterans and/or disabled riders with a State issued ID showing age 60+, Military ID card, Medicare card)
- Children 12 and under ride free.
Single Ride:
- $1.00 each way for passengers ages 13 – 59.
- Exact cash or GoPass app STAR Transit Ticket is required.
- A single ride GoPass App STAR Transit Ticket is valid for two hours after ticket is activated.
Day Pass:
- $3.00 for passengers ages 13 – 59.
- GoPass app STAR Transit Ticket is required.
- Day Passes valid for unlimited rides on the date of purchase only through 4 a.m. the following day. Day Passes are available on the GoPass app.
31-Day Pass:
- $48.00 for passengers ages 13 – 59.
- GoPass app STAR Transit Ticket is required.
- 31-Day Passes valid for 31 consecutive days and are available on the GoPass app.
STARNow/Same Day Service Fares
Single Ride:
- $2.00 (Passengers ages 13 – 59)
- $1.00 (60+, veterans and/or disabled riders)
- Children 12 and under ride free with a paid adult fare.
